Administration Team
Dr. Leigh Ann Perry has served as Banks County Elementary School's assistant principal for the past two years. This is her third year in this position. She earned her Ed. D in Educational Leadership from the University of Georgia, her M.A .in Elementary Education from Piedmont University, and her B.S. in Sociology from the University of North Georgia.
She is married to her husband, Jeff, and has a daughter named Anna. She enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, reading, and learning.
Mrs. Amanda Grier is the Banks County Elementary School's Assistant Principal. . This is her first year in this position.
She has over twenty-two years of teaching experience as an academic teacher in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grades. She also served as a Physical Education teacher. She worked for twelve years in Forsyth County and Hall County, and this began her seventh year at Banks County.
She has been married to her husband, Shane Grier, for twenty years. She has three children, Kamryn, Mark, and Kate, and all of them are students in Banks County Schools.
She enjoys working with students and teachers at Banks County Elementary School and coaching the Lady Leopard's basketball team. In addition, she is the assistant basketball coach at Banks County High School.
