It was a great day to be a Leopard as Banks County Schools celebrated student success through two academic highlights recognized this week.
Earlier in the week, the school system hosted the District Spelling Bee, and our two district winners were Jackson Chapman (Banks County Middle School – 8th Grade) and System Runner-Up: Parker Grogan (Banks County Middle School – 6th Grade).
Last night, during the January Banks County Board of Education meeting, students were recognized for two areas of academic excellence: earning some of the highest scores on the Georgia Milestones End-of-Course (EOC) assessments during Fall 2025 and outstanding performance in the district spelling bee.
