Mrs. Ryals and Mrs. Charles's class had a productive and relaxing day of book tasting at Starbooks Cafe. Students looked through several books about different animals they learned about in science earlier this year. At the end, they enjoyed refreshments while deciding on the animal they wanted to use for a research project, informational book, and presentation. Great job!

Today, our BCES family gathered together to remember, to honor, and to pay gratitude to those who have served our country. Our gathering was just one small token of appreciation for those brave enough to earn the title Veteran. It’s not a lot, but it’s one small way we can honor those who have made the ultimate sacrifice so that we can live in freedom. Thank you to Miss Duncan and the 5th graders for your wonderful performance. Thank you to the JROTC for your help with our program, and thank you parents and Veterans for attending today. 3rd Grade Angel- Maelyn Carlyle Crabbe- Aurora Smith Fuschetti- Ally Moore Morris- Brentley Perdue Pruitt- Mason Eubanks Howard- Ryleigh Howell Rylee- Lacey Rylee Elrod- Grace Recker Milford- Kaplan Meeks Ryals/Charles- Demitrius Dorsey 4th Grade Cornett- Kajsa Krutrok Chitwood/Evans- Destany Dean Gilreath/Askew- Levi Arrowood Spear- Renata Brito Millwood/Peppers- Kyson Nesbitt Purcell- Ruthie Bell Moore Strickland- Oliver Fuller Book- Audrey Lusk Williams- Bella Barrett 5th Grade
