We have been able to secure a few hotspots throughout the county if your student is in need to connect for a short period to access Google Classroom or upload assignments. We realize the obstacle many of our families face with the lack of reliable internet accessibility. We are extremely appreciative of the willingness of these entities to support our students and community during this time. Please be respectful of these locations when utilizing the hotspot service.

​BCES held our annual Spelling Bee for 4th and 5th grade students on Jan. 19, 2021. Our 4th grade winner is Kylar Alexander from Mrs. Millwood's class, and the runner up is Addison Heaps from Mrs. Chitwood and Mrs. Evans's class. The 5th grade winner is Eli Duncan from Mrs. Vandiver's class, and the runner up is Jonah Williams also from Mrs. Vandiver's class. All four students will move on to our system level Spelling Bee on January 27, 2021.
