Today was Leopard Buck cash in day at BCES! These students earned lunch with a friend and were able to celebrate today. Congratulations to all of the students who are showing that Leopards always ROAR!
Storyteller, Gale Hogan, came to visit 3rd grade on Friday. She told an African folktale of how stories came to Anasai. She left all the students with a story stone and a huge motivation to create their own stories!
These students were the overall Leopard Buck Winners for the month of August! Leopard bucks are given out by faculty members to students who go above and beyond the behavioral expectations at BCES. Our behavior motto is, "All day every day, remember, a Leopard always ROARS!" This means that our students are Respectful, show Ownership for their actions, have a positive Attitude, are Responsible, and are Safe.
Congratulations to Jonah Williams, Felix Maddox, and Sonia Paramo for being a positive example for others at school!
